Great to have you here. This website works without cookies, analytics or advertising. Here we explain which data is processed anyway, why, and what rights you have.

1. Controller and EU representative

2. Data protection officer

The data protection officer of the YUNIQ Group is datenschutz sued GmbH. You can reach them at datenschutz@yuniq-group.com.

3. Visiting the website and hosting

When you open any page, your browser sends technically necessary data to our server: IP address, date and time, address requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. We process it to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and delete the logs after 30 days at the latest. The website runs on Microsoft Azure in data centres in Frankfurt am Main (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR); Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply.

4. No cookies, no analytics, our own videos

We do not set cookies, store anything on your device or read anything from it (§ 25 TDDDG). We do not use analytics or advertising services. Fonts, images and our videos are stored on our own server; a video only loads when you start it. We do not embed Instagram or TikTok. The spam check in the contact form is calculated by your own browser.

5. Links to delivery services and social networks

The buttons for Lieferando, Uber Eats, Wolt, Instagram, TikTok and the Spizzi+ sign-up (a form by the provider Leat) are simple links. Only when you click one does the provider's website open; their privacy policy then applies. We do not pass on any data.

6. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, phone number if provided, topic, selected store and your message in order to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The message is sent by email to the responsible SPIZZICANDO team in Germany. You receive a confirmation with a reference number that does not contain your message. We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, after 6 months at the latest, unless statutory retention periods require longer.

7. Job applications and Spizzi+

For job applications, the privacy notice for applicants of the YUNIQ Group applies (in German). For the Spizzi+ loyalty card, the information you receive when signing up applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to datenschutz@yuniq-group.com is enough. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.

9. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the law changes.
